<br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Stock variance request (Section 1009.04A2) on August 6, 2003, and recommended (5-0) <br />approval of the request based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated August 6, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Sunrise <br />Assisted Living and Dan Stock a VARIANCE to Section 1009.04A2 (Residence District <br />Signage) of the Roseville City Code allowing the installation of a second ground sign 1 foot from <br />the east property line at 2555 Snelling Avenue, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The sign must be no larger than 48 square feet in size and of a V-shaped design <br />with 2 - 4 foot by 6 foot sign panels. <br /> <br />2. The sign must be installed a minimum of 1 foot from the property line adjacent to <br />Snelling Avenue in the northeast portion of the parcel. <br /> <br />3. The review and approval of a sign permit must be consistent with the approved <br />plans and variances. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Klausing, <br />Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn; <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
