<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />/ <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE/CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of August, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn; <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10130 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 20 FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.01E OF <br />THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1413 MILLWOOD AVENUE (PF3503). <br /> <br />/! <br />c/ <br /> <br />WHEREAS,James Paal has requested a 20 foot variance to Section 1004.01E <br />(Exception) of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of an attached garage on to the <br />front of his home; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Paal residence is located at 1413 Millwood Avenue and legally <br />described as: <br /> <br />Lot 8, Block 9, Roseville Terrace Plat 4 <br />PIN: 03-29-23-24-0015 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.0 IE of the Roseville City Code establishes a predominant <br />front yard setback for all principal structures constructed at a greater setback than the current <br />code requires or 30 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Paal home is currently set back a distance of 44 feet from the front <br />property line adjacent to Millwood Avenue; and <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />
