The Community Development Department has <br />determined that a V ARlANCE to Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions-Front Yard & Side <br />Yard Setback) is needed to allow the construction of an attached garage and living area on to the <br />front (south) and side (east) of the home. <br /> <br />I have reviewed your application, submitted information, and the City Code, detemlining that <br />your application is complete and will be forwarded to the Roseville Planning Commission for <br />consideration at a public hearing on August 6, 2003. <br /> <br />Future notice of the hearing will be forthcoming, as will a copy of the project report (created by <br />City Staff) upon its completion the week of July 28, 2003. Your attendance (or a representative) <br />at the Planning Commission is necessary.
