<br /> <br />July 8, 2003 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, July 17, 2003, at 3:40 p.m., in <br />the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Heather & James Hawkins, 1144 Ryan Avenue, seek approval to allow the construction of a <br />entry porch which encroaches 4 feet 5 inches into the established 34 foot 6 inch front yard <br />setback and to allow the replacement of an existing attached single stall garage and family room <br />with a double stall garage that encroaches roughly 4 inches into the required 5 foot side yard <br />setback. The request requires a 4 foot 5 inch front yard Setback Permit and a 4 inch (plus) side <br />yard Setback Permit. The Hawkins are proposing these two improvements along with an <br />addition to the rear of their home. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing. Should you have any <br />comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free to attend <br />the Development Review Committee's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, July 17, 2003, at <br />3:40 p.m. (Community Development Conference Room); you may call me at 651-490-2236; <br />or you can e-mail meatthomas.paschke(Q).ci.roseville.mn.us. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and proposed plans.
