<br /> <br />August 19, 2003 <br /> <br />Rick Foerster, Vicorp Restaurant Inc. <br />400 West 48th Avenue <br />Denver, CO 80216 <br /> <br />RE: City Council action on Variance request; 1881 Highway 36 West, Roseville (PF#3507) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Foerster: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirnl that on August 18, 2003, the Roseville City Council approved your <br />request for the 75 square foot Variance to Section 1005.01A2, to allow for the construction ofa <br />uni-sex restroom on the property located at 1881 Highway 36 West. <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council adopted a Resolution (a draft copy of which is attached) approving <br />your request, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. The uni-sex restroom being setback a minimum of four feet ten inches from the <br />adjacent eastern property line. <br /> <br />B. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. The new building to match the existing building color and/or <br />materials. <br /> <br />C. The uni-sex restroom both meets and complies with the Minnesota State <br />Accessibility Code. <br /> <br />You will receive a final copy of the resolution upon its execution by the appropriate City <br />officers. Please review the conditions listed within the draft resolution. The City will record a <br />similar copy of this resolution with Ramsey County. Recording of the resolution against your <br />property binds you and/or other succeeding property owners to all the terms and conditions <br />stipulated in the City Council's approved resolution. <br /> <br />I have forwarded the variance approval information to Tom Trooien, Commercial Building <br />Inspector and suggest that your or the contractor contact him about obtaining your building <br />permit.
