<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE}CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of August, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn; <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10128 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 7FOOT 6 INCH VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.01E <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1047 BURKE STREET (PF3508). <br /> <br />:J ';) <br />WHEREAS,James & Marian Korf have requested a variance to Section 1004.0lE <br />(Exception) of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a front and side porch on to <br />their home; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Korf parcel is located at 1047 Burke Street and legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 16, Krause's Plat <br />PIN: 14-29-23-22-0021 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01E of the Roseville City Code establishes a predominant <br />setback for those homes with principal structure setbacks greater than the 30 foot requirement of <br />the City Code, which in the case of the Korf home the predominant front yard setback is <br />established at 37 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Korfs seek approval to encroach 7 feet 6 inches into the predominant <br />setback or to a point no closer that 29 feet 6 inches to the front property line; and <br /> <br />1 t1L;L ~ <br /> <br />
