<br /> <br />August 1, 2003 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, August 7,2003, at 3:00 p.m., in <br />the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Richard Houck, 1133 Roselawn Avenue, seeks approval to allow the construction of an <br />attached garage and living area which encroaches 5 feet into the required 10 foot side yard <br />setback The request requires a 5 foot side yard Setback Permit. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing. Should you have any <br />comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free to attend <br />the Development Review Committee's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, August 7, 2003, <br />at 3:00 p.m. (Community Development Conference Room); you may call me at 651-490- <br />2236; or you can e-mail meatthomas.gaschke@ci.roseville.mn.us. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and proposed plans.
