A. <br /> <br />Department Approval: City Manager Approval: Agenda Section: <br />TP ~7L e FI € i3~Lh CONSENT <br />Item Description: Approval of a RESoLuTION supporting the Variance granted to <br />Scott Santanni, 1019 Sherren Street, on September 22, 2003 (PF3512). <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 On September 22, 2003 the Roseville City Council approved a 166 square foot <br />VARIANCE for Scott Santanni, allowing the construction of a detached accessory <br />building (garage) at 1019 Sherren Street. However, the action of the City Council did not <br />specifically approve a resolution, which is a necessary component of an approved <br />variance action. <br /> <br />1.2 The City Planner has prepared a variance that supports the City Council's action on <br />September 22, which document is attached for review and approval. <br /> <br />2.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />2.1 ADOPT A RESOLUTION approving a 166 sq. ft.
