<br /> <br />August 19, 2003 <br /> <br />Mr. Scott Santanni <br />1019 Sherren Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Conditional Use Permit Application. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Santanni: <br /> <br />I have reviewed your recent application seeking a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow the <br />construction of a 1007 square foot detached accessory building and I have concluded that the <br />application is currently incomplete. The application was submitted without the required $195.00 <br />fee and a narrative explaining the proposal was absent. Further it is unclear whether the existing <br />detached accessory structure will remain on the premises. I have also reviewed the construction <br />plans and determined that the proposed wall height of 10 feet 6 inched exceeds that allowed by <br />Section 1004.01A9 (Height) or 9 feet. If you desire an exterior wall height taller than 9 feet, <br />please complete that attached VARIANCE application and expand the required narrative to <br />address the hardships present (see back of application). No additional fee is requires. <br /> <br />I have tentatively scheduled this item before the Planning Commission at their September 3, <br />2003 meeting. However, you will need to submit the variance application, fee and a narrative to <br />complete the application process, allowing your request 0 continue forward to the Planning <br />Commission.
