<br />However, the fabric and woodchips you placed on the mound previously are not considered a <br />pennanent repair; dirt was not removed from the adjoining property as required and the <br />woodchips placed upon the steep slope of the swale will merely erode onto the adjoining <br />property, again exposing dirt and causing more erosion. <br /> <br />On May 24th, 2004 (the date of the City Council meeting) the City will reinspect the site.
