<br /> <br />November 29,2001 <br /> <br />Mr. Seth Eggessa <br />1992 Cleveland Ave. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: 1992 Cleveland Ave. - Permit A99-1350 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Eggessa: <br /> <br />This letter is a follow-up to our on-site meeting last May and the June 1, 2001 correspondence <br />sent you. At that time there were four issues discussed, one requiring verification and three <br />requiring correction on your part. A reinspection was conducted in October by Code <br />Enforcement Officer Rick Talbot and myself. The reinspection revealed: <br /> <br />1. Most of the junk and debris from the remodeling has been removed from the site with <br />very little remaining to be placed inside a structure. Thank you for your efforts in this <br />regard. <br />2. The wood burning fireplace chimney height does not appear to be a Code Violation <br />and we are not requesting any modifications. <br />3. The wood and uprooted tree stumps in the rear yard have not been removed as <br />requested. This condition remains a violation of City Code 407.02 D/407.03 H <br />( enclosed). <br />4. Some drainage from the site, which previously drained West off of the lot, appears to <br />have been redirected to the North on to adjoining property. The issued permit <br />specifically prohibited this condition. The gutters installed on the building do not <br />adequately address this drainage to the North. Requests to correct this situation, with <br />a drainage swail along the North property line to direct storm drainage to the West, <br />have not been acted upon. <br /> <br />2660 Civic Center Drive +:.
