<br />The lO-day Setback Permit appeal time line (by you or adjoining property owners) will expire at <br />4:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 18,2003. You may begin the building permit application <br />process prior to that but no permit will be issued until September 19,2003. <br /> <br />The City Planner does not anticipate an appeal from any of the effected neighbors and suggests <br />that your contact Gerry Proulx, Residential Building Inspector at 651-490-2233 to review your <br />construction plans and the building permit application process.
