Anticipated Council Action September 22, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a Fence Height VARIANCE to <br />Section 1012.02B&C ofthe Roseville City Code for Charles Anderson to extend the height of <br />the existing back yard (777 ft.) fence to 9 feet in height. A new fence section (57 ft.) that <br />consists of 5 feet in height 4- board fencing will be constructed south of the home. Additionally, <br />fence fabric made of concrete reinforced 6 inch by 6 inch heavy gauged wire mesh will stretch <br />from the top of the 5 foot 4-board section to a height of9 feet at 303 S.
