<br /> <br />August 14,2003 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, August 21, 2003, at 3:00 p.m., <br />in the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Judith Helgen, 1934 Shryer Avenue seeks approval to construct a 14 foot by 27 foot activity <br />room on to the rear oftheir home. The proposed addition would encroach approximately 6 feet <br />into the required 30 foot corner street side yard setback. The request requires a 6 foot Setback <br />Permit to allow the encroachment to a point 24 feet from the property line adjacent to Prior <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
