Anticipated Council Action: September 22, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT and 60 sq. ft. VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A3 (rear yard coverage) and a <br />470 sq. ft.
