<br /> <br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651.490.2279 . fax: 651.490.2931 <br /> <br />August 27,2003 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, September 4,2003, at 3:00 p.m., <br />in the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Vern & Jean Bengston, 1776 Dunlap Avenue, seek approval to remove an existing single stall <br />garage and construct additional living area and a garden shed in its place. Said addition is <br />proposed 3 feet from the side yard (north) property line, which is an encroachment of 2 feet into <br />the required 5 foot side yard setback for principal structures. Based of the proposal a 2 foot <br />Setback Permit is necessary to allow the principal structure and shed addition. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing. Should you have any <br />comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free to attend <br />the DRC's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, September 4,2003, at 3:00 p.m. <br />(Community Development Conference Room); you may call me at 651-490-2236; or you can <br />e-mail meatthomas.paschke(a>.ci.roseville.mn.us. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and proposed plans.
