Baclmround <br /> <br />Wally McCarthy Cadillac currently occupies a 6 acre site at 2325 Prior Avenue North. <br />The site is bounded by Prior Avenue on the east, the north service drive and Highway <br />35W on the south, Motel 6 on the west, and a Super 8 Motel on the north. Jerry <br />Moe/McCarthy Cadillac is requesting a variance to the City's parking setback <br />requirements to expand the existing customer parking/vehicle display area on the south <br />side (front) of the building. <br /> <br />2. The applicant has asked that this application be withdrawn. The applicant has found that <br />alternate designs and solutions do exist on the property that do not require variances. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1.
