<br />A. Narrative: The church owned property at 1039 Parker is surrounded by a house on either <br />side both of which are owned by the church. Behind the 1039 garage is the church parking lot. <br />Our goal is to create a temporary meeting space for small groups that meet on Wednesday <br />evenings from 7:00-8:30 p.m. during the school year. We would like to create that meeting <br />space in the 1039 Parker detached garage, Currently the garage is used for storage for the <br />church. Our plan would be to expand and update the existing lighting and electrical outlets. <br />We would also insulate, drywall, install mechanical ventilation and a heater. We also plan <br />on sealing off the existing upstairs attic with a wall and door. We would remove the <br />existing garage door and construct a wall and second exit on the front side of the garage. <br />After two years of use as a classroom on Wednesday nights we would either convert the <br />garage back into storage or put the garage door back on and use as a a heated garage for <br />vehicles. The interior dimensions of the garage are about 23' X 21 '. <br /> <br />B. Proposed Plan: The attached plan shows the interior work we would like to accomplish. <br />
