Welsch, Dennis

From:
Sent:
To:
Cc:
Subject:

Munson, Don
Tuesday, September 30, 2003 11 :02 AM
Welsch, Dennis
Proulx, Gerry; Talbot, Rick
Calvary Baptist Church

Dennis,
Some of the complaints we have received regarding this property include:
1. Poor maintenance of the single family homes (3) on Parker Ave.(peeling paint).
2. Poor maintenance of the lawns at these homes (not cutting often enough).
3. Storage within front glassed-in porches that is visable to neighboors.
4. On Sundays parking vehicles on the front lawns of the homes.
5. Because the back yards are paved, growing vegetable gardens in front yards.
6. Because the back yards are paved, keeping dogs tied up in front yards.
7. Not keeping up an agreed-to chain that limited cars cutting thru parking lot. Also there are
concerns about converting the garage to a classroom:
1. The conversion will likely be expensive, will they be back for additional time?
2. The building should be converted back to a garage after the 2 year period.
3. A building permit is required and it can't be used until a C.O. is issued.
4. There is the potential for noise and complaints by neighboors.

I'll also ask Rick and Gerry for any additional input. Don

1
