Residential District Uses: Multiple-family dwellings and other uses permitted in residential <br />16 districts if constructed in B-1 district shall conform to setback, density and other requirements <br />17 under residence districts. (Ord. 275, 5-12-1959) <br />18 <br />19 C. Minimum Requirements: See Section 1005.01. Where buildings are within one hundred fifty feet <br />20 (150') of a residential zone, such buildings shall be limited to the average height of existing <br />21 residential buildings that are located within one hundred fifty feet (150') of a proposed B-1 <br />22 building. The City Council may grant a conditional use permit for a building in a B-1 District to be <br />23 a maximum of three (3) stories upon application of a petitioner and holding of a public hearing <br />24 undcr the procedures set forth in Chapter 108 of this Code. Upon granting such a conditional use <br />25 permit, the City Council may impose such conditions which may be appropriate to protect the <br />26 public health, safety and welfare.
