<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to' due call and natice thereaf, a regular meeting af the City Cauncil af the City af <br />Raseville, Caunty afRamsey, Minnesata, was held an the 9th day afFebruary, 2004, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The fallawing members were present: Ihlan, Schraeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing <br />and the fallawing were absent: Nane <br /> <br />Cauncil Member Maschka intraduced the follawing resalutian and maved its adaption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10196 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE 10, SECTIONS 1007.01 THROUGH 1007.04, PERTAINING TO INDUSTRIAL <br />ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Cauncil hereby determines that the text af the summary marked <br />"Official Summary afOrdinance NO'. 1303, a copy afwhich is attached hereto, clearly informs the <br />public af the intent and effect af the ardinance, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Cauncil, as described in Minnesota Statutes 412.191, hereby <br />determines that publicatian afthe title and such summary will clearly infarm the public ofthe <br />intent and effect af the ardinance, and naw <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a capy afthis ordinance shall be available in the <br />affice af the City Manager, which capy shall be available far inspectian by any persans during <br />regular affice haurs, further, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager shall publish the title and the afficial summary <br />afthis ardinance in the afficial newspaper afthe City with natice that a printed capy afthe <br />ardinance is available far inspectian by any persan during regular affice haurs at the Office afthe <br />City Manager in City Halllacated at 2660 Civic Center Drive. A capy afthe ardinance and <br />summary shall alsO' be pasted at the Reference Desk afthe Raseville Branch af the Ramsey Caunty <br />Library, 2160 Hamline Avenue, Raseville, Mn. 55113 and an the internet web page ofthe City of <br />Raseville (www.ci.rascvillc.nm.us). <br /> <br />The mati an far the adaptian af the farcgoing resalutian was duly secanded by Cauncil <br />Member Schraeder and upan vate being taken therean, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, <br />Schraeder, Maschka, Kaugh, Klausing <br />and the fallawing vated against: Nane <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resalutian was declared duly passed and adapted. <br /> <br />10 <br />
