Vibratians: Any use creating periadic earthshaking vibratians, such as are created by <br />7 heavy drop farges or heavy hydraulic surges, shall be prahibited if such vibratians are <br />8 perceptible beyand the baundaries of the immediate site. <br />9 6. Glare Or Heat: Any aperatian producing intense glare or heat shall be perfarmed within a <br />10 completely enclased building. <br />II 7. Explasives: NO' activities involving the starage, utilizatian ar manufacture afmaterials ar <br />12 prO' ducts which cauld decampase by detanatian shall be permitted except such as are <br />13 specifically licensed by the city cauncil. Such materials shall include, but nat be canfined to, <br />14 all primary explasives such as lead axide and lead sulfate; all high explosives and baasters <br />15 such as TNT, RDS, tetryl and ammonium nitrate; prapellants and campanents thereof such <br />16 as nitracellulase, black pawder, ammanium perchlorate and nitroglycerin; blasting <br />17 explasives such as dynamite, powdered magnesium, patassium chlarate, patassium <br />18 permanganates and patassium nitrate, and nuclear fuels and reactar elements such as <br />19 uranium 235 and plutanium. <br />20 <br />21 E.. Yards: Between each newly erected building and the street upon which it faces, there shall <br />22 be provided a front yard which shall be landscaped and kept clear af all structures, storage <br />23 and emplayee parking spaces as noted in subsectians A thraugh E afthis section.
