Such materials shall include, but nat be canfined to, 13 all primary explasives such as lead axide and lead sulfate; all high explasives and baasters 14 such as TNT, RDS, tetryl and ammanium nitrate; prapellants and campanents thereaf such 15 as nitrocellulase, black pawder, ammanium perchlorate and nitrO' glycerin; blasting 16 explasives such as dynamite, pawdered magnesium, patassium chlarate, patassium 17 permanganates and patassium nitrate, and nuclear fuels and reactar elements such as 18 uranium 235 and plutanium. 19 20 E..
