<br />1 1007.04: 1-2A MODIFIED GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS: <br />2 The 1-2 Madified Industrial District is designed primarily for general industrial uses, but affers <br />3 an appartunity for callecting and processing af inarganic materials and industrial wastes. It is a <br />4 camplementary and suppartive use area to' the general industrial uses. The 1-2A Madified <br />5 General Industrial District is intended for certain areas designated as I Industrial areas in the <br />6 Camprehensive Plan. <br />7 A. Permitted, Accessary, and Canditianal Uses: A madified general industrial district (1-2A) is <br />8 established in which the uses are set farth in Sectian 1007.015. <br />9 B. Uses Allawed By Canditional Use Permits: <br />10 1. All canditianal uses in 1-2 districts as set farth in Sectian 1007.015. <br />11 2. The callectian, processing, treatment and distributian af inorganic metal wastes consisting <br />12 af metal campaunds, salutians, sludges and liquids and the callectian, bulking, <br />13 separatian, additian af absorbents and distributian af arganic industrial wastes. Neither <br />14 the inarganic nor the organic industrial wastes may include explasives as defined in title <br />15 18 USC, sectian 841 (c) (d) and 27 CFR 55.23. <br />16 3. Cantrol Measures: The city cauncil may require cantrol measures including, but nat <br />17 limited to', the fallawing: <br />18 Security af premises and buildings, access to' and egress from site, routing af vehicular <br />19 traffic an public streets, security methads far delivery and pickup, starm drainage and <br />20 spillage cantrol facilities, haurs af aperatian, naise impact, liability for and cantrol af <br />21 unautharized delivery, impact an cantiguaus property and fire protectian.
