<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651.490.2279 . fax: 651.490.2931 <br /> <br />September 16, 2003 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2003, at <br />3:00 p.m., in the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Joseph Gleason, 744 Heinel Drive, seeks approval to construct additional driveway on the <br />southwest side of his home. Currently, Mr. Gleason has a 16-1/2 foot wide driveway that <br />extends straight to the street. The proposed driveway would add 9-1/2 feet of parking area along <br />the south side of the attached garage and taper to the street creating a 26 foot wide access. Based <br />on this proposal the driveway would lie 2 feet from the south property line, requiring a three foot <br />SETBACK PERMIT. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing. Should you have any <br />comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free to attend <br />the DRC's Administrative Hearing on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23,2003, at 3:00 p.m. <br />(Community Development Conference Room); you may call me at 651-490-2236; or you can <br />e-mail meatthomas.Raschke@ci.roseville.mn.us. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy ofthe application, and proposed plans.
