Community Development Department 651.490.2279 . fax: 651.490.2931 September 16, 2003 Dear Roseville Property Owner: You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2003, at 3:00 p.m., in the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. Joseph Gleason, 744 Heinel Drive, seeks approval to construct additional driveway on the southwest side of his home. Currently, Mr. Gleason has a 16-1/2 foot wide driveway that extends straight to the street. The proposed driveway would add 9-1/2 feet of parking area along the south side of the attached garage and taper to the street creating a 26 foot wide access. Based on this proposal the driveway would lie 2 feet from the south property line, requiring a three foot SETBACK PERMIT. The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
