Required Changes Incorporated: The final plat shall have incorporated all changes or <br />5 modifications required by the City Council; in all other respects it shall conform to the <br />6 preliminary plat. It may constitute only that portion of the approved preliminary plat which <br />7 the subdivider proposes to record and develop at the time, provided that such portion <br />8 confonns with all the requirements ofthis Title. (1990 Code; 1995 Code) <br />9 <br />10 3. Public Hearing: A public hearing on the final plat shall be held by the City Council, as <br />11 provided for in Chapter 108 of this Code. Such approval or disapproval shall be <br />15 given not more than sixty (60) days after the filing of the final plat, with a formal request for <br />16 approval. The grounds for any refusal to approve the plat shall be set forth in the <br />17 proceedings of the City Council and reported to the person or persons applying for such <br />18 approval.
