DRAFT RESOLUTION EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA ** ** ** **** *** * * ** ***** ** ** Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of January, 2004, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Mayor Klausing, The following members were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 10186 A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ANNUAL AMENDMENT AND REVISION TO THE 2003 ROSEVILLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, REVISING THE TEXT, LAND USE, AND ZONING MAP DESIGNATIONS OF THE EXISTING PLAN ORIGINALLY ADOPTED IN 1994 (AS AMENDED) WHEREAS, pursuant to the Metropolitan Land Plamling Acts of 1976 and 1996 the City of Roseville is required to prepare a city comprehensive plan, and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, in 1994 adopted a plan entitled "City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan", which was reviewed and approved by the Metropolitan council, and WHEREAS, since the 1994 adoption the Planning Commission annually has held public hearings on the issues within these amendments, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have invited comment and published legal notice to affected communities and property owners within 350 feet ofland use map change, with a public hearing held at the time of the requested amendment and an additional public hearing held on December 3, 2003, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has approved and affinned the 2003 changes, and has adopted the recommendations and revisions to the Comprehensive Guide Plan, land use and zoning maps, after a public hearing held on December 3, 2003; 1
