EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning Commission ofthe City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Wednesday, December 3,2003 at 6:30p.m. The following members were present: Bakeman, Peper, Stone, Mulder, Ipsen, Traynor, Blank The following members were absent: None Member Traynor introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 0l/07/04A A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL AMENDMENT AND REVISION FOR 2003 TO THE ROSEVILLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISING THE TEXT AND LAND USE MAP DESIGNATIONS OF THE EXISTING PLAN ORIGINALLY ADOPTED IN 1994, AS AMENDED WHEREAS, pursuant to the Metropolitan Land Planning Acts of 1976 and 1996 the City of Roseville is required to prepare a city comprehensive plan, and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, in 1994 adopted a plan entitled "City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan", which was reviewed and approved by the Metropolitan council, and WHEREAS, in addition to project amendments, since the 1994 adoption the Planning Commission annually has held public hearings to update the Plan, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have invited comment and published legal notice to affected communities and property owners within 350 feet ofland use map change, with a public hearing held at the time of the requested amendment and an additional public hearing held on December 3,2003, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville hereby recommends approval and adoption of the 2003 amendments (and appendices and adoptions by reference) to the City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan, subject to review and comments of the plan by the Metropolitan Council, The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Bakeman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bakeman, Peper, Stone, Mulder, Ipsen, Traynor, Blank and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
