He
informed me that you have agreed to mail out our meeting notices at your expense to all those households in our
Association service area and to provide me with a listing of mail recipients since our presentation that evening will
be from the Roseville HRA. When distributing meeting notices we have traditionally hand delivered them to
individual households, members and non-members alike, leaving a small supply at the various apartment
complexes in our service area. In addition, meeting notices have always been sent to members of Roseville's
City Council.

By separate snail mail I am sending you a map which outlines our service area, a copy of our membership
application which we always print on the reverse side of our meeting notices, and a sample copy of my proposed
meeting notice some format variation of which would be fine I am certain for your use. We typically mail meeting
notices at least one week prior to our meetings so time is of the essence.

Proposed Fall Meeting Notice

LAKE MC CARRONS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIA TION FALL MEETING
WEDNESDA"Y, October 22, 2003
7 - 9 PM
B-DALE CLUB, UPSTAIRS MEETING ROOM, 2100 DALE STREET, ROSEVILLE

FEATURED PRESENTATION BY THE HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN & FOR THE CITY OF
ROSEVILLE CONCERNING PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY CURRENTL Y VACANT A T
185 SOUTH MC CARRONS BLVD (ADJACENT TO THE NA TlONAL GUARD ARMORY) AND ZONING AND
REDEVELOPMENT ISSUES IN GENERAL IN OUR ASSOCIA TlON SERVICE AREA.
