EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of October 2003, at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption which was duly seconded by Councilmember RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MODIFICATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1 AND THE MODIFICATION OF THE TAX INC]{EMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 12 (ARONA) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") ofthe City of Roseville, Mim1esota (the "City"), as follows: Section 1. Public Hearing. 1.01. This Council shall meet on Monday December 15, 2003, commencing at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Mim1esota, 55113, to hold a public hearing on the modification of the Development Program for Development District No. 1 (the "Project Area") and the modification of the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 12 (Arona) (the "Tax Increment District") to reflect increased project costs and increased bonding authority within the Project Area and the Tax Increment District, all pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.048 to 469.068, 469.082 and 469.174 to 469.1791, inclusive. Section 2. Notice of Hearing; Filing of Plans. 2.01. The City Manager is authorized and directed to cause notice of the public hearing to be published as required by law, to place a copy of the modified Development Program and modified Tax Increment Financing Plan (collectively the Plans) on file in the City Manager's office and to make such Plans available for inspection by the public. 1
