<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />November 6, 2003 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2003, at 3:00 <br />p.m., in the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Betsy Jacobson, 366 Sandhurst Drive, seeks approval to construct a 22 foot by 22 foot <br />detached accessory building (garage) adjacent the west side of her home and within the required <br />5 foot side yard setback. The proposed detached accessory building would lie 3 feet from the <br />west property line, requiring a 2 foot SETBACK PERMIT. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
