<br /> <br />November 17, 2003 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Tuesday, November 25, 2003, at 3:00 p.m., <br />in the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Jim Badzinski, 381 South Owasso Boulevard, seeks approval to construct a 22 foot by 26 foot <br />(624 sq. ft.) detached accessory building (garage) 2 feet into the required 5 foot side yard <br />setback. The proposed detached accessory building (replacement of an existing structure) would <br />lie 3 feet from the west property line, requiring a 2 foot SETBACK PERMIT. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
