In order for the garage stall/home addition to be constructed, Mr. <br />Pheneher has requested a 6 foot Setback Permit so the that addition can be constructed 4 feet <br />from the side (north) yard property line. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
