I have discussed the following aspects of this <br />project with my two adjoining neighbors along with our neighbors across the cul-de-sac who have a direct front <br />view. Here are the summary highlights ofthe project which were communicated with my neighbors: <br /> <br />. Additional third garage stall for storage space for camper or extra car and bikes/scooters. <br />. Adding third garage stall to existing two-car tuck under garage with rear deck extension to <br />connect existing deck to accommodate possible built-in hot-tub/spa. <br />. New garage will be flush with existing front of house and garage. <br />. New roof will have same pitch and overhang as existing roof but will be lower by approx. 2-6'. <br />.
