<br />NextPage LivePublish <br /> <br />Page 2 of 11 <br /> <br />(1) A minimum length of 150 feet shall be provided for a single stacking lane or 80 feet per lane <br />when multiple lanes are provided. <br /> <br />Stacking lanes shall be designed such that they do not interfere with existing parking and <br />circulation. <br /> <br /> <br />Stacking lanes shall be clearly identified through striping, landscaping, and/or signage. <br /> <br />No alcoholic beverages shall be sold. <br /> <br />(e) Evidence of issuance of a permit from the Minnesota Department of Health shall be provided to the <br />city. <br /> <br />If the use of the building ceases for a period of six months, the conditional use permit shall lapse and <br />property owner shall remove the building and clean up the site. <br /> <br />(g) No on-site preparation of food shall be allowed. <br /> <br />D. Permitted accessory uses. Within any LB district, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the council shall be <br />permitted accessory uses: <br /> <br />Private garages, off-street parking and loading spaces, as regulated by this chapter. <br /> <br />Building temporarily located for purposes of construction on the premises for a period of not to exceed time <br />necessary to complete said construction. <br /> <br />Public telephone booths provided all yard requirements are met. <br />4. Subject to section 11.10, subdivision 29, temporary outdoor event. <br />Building mounted antenna or satellite dish, subject to the regulations thereof in this Code. <br />Subd. 10. NB neighborhood business district. <br /> <br />A. Description. Neighborhood business districts are small business areas located in the center of a residential <br />neighborhood to serve the daily retail needs of adjoining residents. <br /> <br />B. Permitted uses. Within any NB district, no structure or land shall be used except for one or more of the following <br />uses or uses deemed similar by the council: <br /> <br />Retail shopping center developed under the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) An overall plan shall be submitted and approved by the city including architecture, parking, <br />driveways, landscaping and screening before construction is commenced. <br /> <br />2. Retail shopping center uses shall be limited to the following unless similar uses are specifically approved by <br />the council: stores and shops selling the personal services or goods over a counter. These include: dairy store or <br />quick-stop food store; bakeries; barbershop, beauty parlor; Christmas tree sales (including outdoor sales); drugs; <br />florists; gifts; hardware; hobby shops; laundry and dry cleaning; laundromat; phonograph records; photography <br />studios; shoes; sporting goods; variety stores; off-sale liquor store; restaurants with sit-down facility only; clubs; <br />lodges; sports and health clubs; indoor theater; offices and quick-print. <br /> <br />Offices for doctors, dentists, lawyers, real estate and similar uses to serve the adjoining residential area. <br /> <br />Offices of a general nature where the operations do not include retail sales or warehousing from the site. <br /> <br />Banks and savings and loan office. <br /> <br />6. Amusement devices not to exceed three machines at one licensed location and which shall not be located <br />within 200 feet of another licensed location.
