Coffee kiosks subject to the following conditions: <br />The activity shall be conducted within a free-standing building, no larger than 100 square feet in <br /> <br />size. <br /> <br />The use shall not result in the elimination of the minimum number of off-street parking spaces <br />required for all uses on the parcel. <br /> <br />(c) Vehicular stacking lanes shall comply with the following: <br /> <br />(1) A minimum length of 150 feet shall be provided for a single stacking lane or 80 feet per lane <br />when multiple lanes are provided. <br /> <br /> <br />Stacking lanes shall be designed such that they do not interfere with existing parking and <br />circulation. <br /> <br />Stacking lanes shall be clearly identified through striping, landscaping, and/or signage. <br /> <br />No alcoholic beverages shall be sold. <br /> <br />(e) Evidence of issuance of a permit from the Minnesota Department of Health shall be provided to the <br />city. <br /> <br />If the use of the building ceases for a period of six months, the conditional use permit shall lapse and <br />property owner shall remove the building and clean up the site. <br /> <br />(g) No on-site preparation of food shall be allowed. <br /> <br />D. Accessory uses. Within any GB district, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the council shall be permitted <br />accessory uses: <br /> <br />Accessory uses as permitted in any other business district. <br /> <br />Subject to section 11.10, subdivision 29, temporary outdoor event. <br /> <br />Subd. 12.
