Bowling Alleys, Skating Rinks, Etc. - At least one (1) parking space for <br />each six seats, or 300 square feet of rink area, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />H. Theaters and/or Gymnasiums (including other Recreational Buildings) - <br />One (1) parking space for each four (4) units of seating capacity, or one (1) <br />space for each 400 square feet of floor area, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />I. Hotels and/or Motels - One (1) parking space for each sleeping unit, plus <br />one (1) parking space for each three (3) employees. <br /> <br />J. Yard Requirements. Front yard, side and rear yards shall <br />be provided for all buildings within the Commercial Zoning District as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. In the case of premises abutting a public street, front yard setbacks shall <br />be at least 35 feet from the right-of-way line of said street. All front yard <br />setbacks shall be maintained as landscaped green areas.
