<br />(29) Currency exchange businesses.
<br />(30) Towers. For related provisions see Sections 15.14, 19.47, and 19.63.05 of
<br />this Code.
<br />(31) Automobile rental agencies with an on-site inventory more than ten (10) but
<br />no more than thirty-five (35) rental vehicles, subject to performance
<br />standards set forth in Section 19.63.07 of this Code.
<br />(e) Special Provisions -
<br />(1) All buildings erected on lands within Retail Business (B-2) Zoning Districts shall
<br />be of steel, reinforced concrete, Type III construction, masonry construction,
<br />or an equivalent or better. No building shall be constructed of Type V
<br />construction. Exterior wall surfaces of all buildings shall be faced with face
<br />brick, stone, architectural concrete, cast-in-place or precast concrete panel,
<br />or an equivalent or better. Up to 15 percent of any wall surface of a building
<br />may be wood or metal used as architectural trim, as approved by the
<br />Issuing Authority.
<br />(2) No permit for development within the B-2 District shall be issued by the City
<br />until final site and building plans have been reviewed by the Planning
<br />Commission and approved by the City Council, subject to the provisions of
<br />Section 19.40.12 of this Code.
<br />(3) Structure height shall be regulated pursuant to Section 19.47 of this Code.
