<br />C The bedroom addition to include a window along the north side of the structure <br />wall and gutters to properly direct roof drainage away from the east property. <br />The addition must match the existing building in color and/or materials. <br /> <br />D The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />E No additional accessory buildings or expansion to the garden shed is allowed. <br /> <br />7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 On February 5, 3002 the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing <br />regarding the Williams request. There were no citizens that addressed the Commission <br />and Commissioners had no questions for staff or the applicant. <br /> <br />7.2 The Commission voted (7-0) to recommend approval of the request by John Williams for <br />a 298 square foot variance to Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code for property <br />located at 1965 Chatsworth Street, based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of <br />Section 6 of the project report dated February 5, 2003. <br /> <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />8.1 Adopt a resolution approving a 298 square foot (3%) variance to Section l004.01A6 <br />of the Roseville City Code for John Williams, to allow construction of a bedroom <br />addition to the rear of his home at 1965 Chatsworth Street, based on the findings in <br />Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated February 24,2003. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plan, aerial photo. <br /> <br />PF3452 - ReA 022403 - Page 5 of 5 <br />
