<br />6.2 The Community Development Staff proposes new language as follows: <br /> <br />A. Restaurant. Class I - Traditional: An establishment where customers are served <br />their food in or on non-disposable dishes to be consumed primarily while seated at <br />tables or booths within a building and which does not serve liquor. Traditional <br />restaurants may also be a cafe, coffee shop, and/or deli. Drive-through facilities <br />are not allowed. Examples include Denny's, Perkins, House of Wong. <br /> <br />B. Restaurant. Class II - Fast Food Convenience: An establishment where <br />customers are served their food from a counter or in a motor vehicle, in disposable <br />packages prepared to leave the premises or to be taken to a table or booth for <br />consumption on the premises. Fast Food Convenience can be a cafe, coffee shop, <br />and/or deli. Fast Food Convenience can include drive-through facilities. <br />Examples include Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, Mc Donald's, Eddington's, <br />Bruegger's Bagels, Leann Chin, Arby's, Taco Bell. <br /> <br />C. Restaurant. Class III - IntoxicatimdNon-lntoxicating (3.2 beer. wine and/or <br />strong beer): An establishment where customers are served their food in or on <br />non-disposable dishes to be consumed primarily while seated at tables or booths <br />within a building and which has a license to serve only beer and wine. Examples <br />include Panino's, Davanni's, Famous Dave's, Baja Grill, Love From Minnesota. <br /> <br />D. Restaurant. Class IV - With On-Sale LiQuor Service (full service bar): An <br />establishment where customers are served their food in or on non-disposable <br />dishes to be consumed primarily while seated at tables or booths within a building <br />that is licensed to serve on-sale liquor which are consumed on the premises. This <br />type of restaurant may offer as an accessory use take-outland lor deli facilities, <br />live entertainment or dancing. Examples include Old Chicago, Applebee's, Red <br />Lobster, Green Mill, Friday's, Lido's Olive Garden. <br /> <br />E. Restaurant. Class V - Drive-In: An establishment that serves food in or on <br />either disposable or non-disposable dishes where customers primarily order and <br />consume food within their vehicles. Example includes the A & W in Little <br />Canada. <br /> <br />F. Restaurant. Class VI. Take Out and Deliverv: An establishment which by <br />design of physical facilities, services, or packaging procedures, permits or <br />encourages the purchase of prepared ready-to-eat foods to be either picked-up or <br />delivered for off premises consumption. Examples include Carbone's, Pizza Hut, <br />Papa Murphy, Papa Johns. <br />
