Due to time constraints at <br />the time of the sale, Tesoro leased back the area shown as Lot 2 on the proposed plat. Tesoro <br />is under an obligation to proceed with the subdivision and, upon completion, purchase the <br />parcel in fee. The reason for this subdivision is to effectuate the change of ownership of Lot 2, <br /> <br />Future use of the Lot 2: <br /> <br />Tesoro intends to continue the present use of the proposed Lot 2 as a self-serve commercial <br />fueling station. Customers are typically fleets of commercial vehicles, which need wholesale <br />service and one-source accounting of fuel purchases.
