In order to construct the home Mr. Moy has requested a 6 foot <br />Setback Pe1111it so that the new home can set 24 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
