Remove and replace all Amur Maple with Serviceberry as specified on plan
. Add mulch as indicated on plan at City Hall
. Replace dead or damaged plant material as listed on plan at City Hall
. Install wall as specified in raised garden bed area (NE portion of site) according to plan, also edge between class 5
path and other surfaces
. Check spacing of plant materials as indicated on plan at City Hall
. Address drainage issues at NE side of building
. Provide as built drawings of irrigation system and letter from contractor indicating all is in working order according to
specs.
. Machine moved trees will need to be re-inspected through fall of 2005. I recommend we hold back funds sufficient to
remove or replace if needed.
. Reinstall bed edging on east side of building
. Install all existing trees according to detail, remove burlap and twine as indicated, remove mulch from direct contact
with tree, straighten and check depth according to detail provided
. Monument sign at NW corner of complex is not placed as indicated on plan
. Several areas along the foundation of the building appear to be draining toward the building and seem to be potential
entry points for water to into the lower portions of the building

I am disappointed with the overall quality of workmanship as related to the landscaping work on the site. I am concerned
that we will have a large percentage of warranty work to be completed in the spring of 2005. I would recommend that The
City of Roseville withhold funding sufficient to cover these potential losses.

Thanks,

Jeff Evenson

Jeffrey M.
