This is for the pathway around the pond as well as the sidewalk alongside Terrace <br />Drive. The Exhibit A to the Easement will be forwarded as soon as we work out a discrepancy <br />in the two legal descriptions that we received conceming the pathway. <br /> <br />Please have the appropriate person at the City sign the Easement and then forward a <br />copy to me. I will relay a fully executed copy to Terrace Park for their records.
