<br />TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br /> <br />The Undersigned Grantor does hereby grant and convey to the City ofRoseville, a <br />municipal corporation under the laws of Minnesota ( Grantee), its successors and assigns, <br />a temporary construction easement over, under and across the land described in the <br />attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />This temporary construction easement is for the purpose of providing Grantee adequate <br />room and access to construct a patlnvay / boardwalk around the pond on the western <br />portion of Grantor's property, and to construct a sidewalk on the south side of the Terrace <br />Drive extension running along the northern edge of Grantor's property. Construction will <br />include the maneuvering of equipment, blending of minor slopes and landscaping.
