The surveyor asserted that there is a .13 feet encroachment by the <br />building. The City is therefore reducing the easement by about two inches. The revised legal <br />description will likely be as follows: <br /> <br />The southerly 34.8 feet of the easterly 173.35 feet of Lot <br />1, Block 2, HAMLINE COURT, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />according to the plat of record. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />The southerly 30 feet of the westerly 120 feet of Lot 1, Block <br />2, HAMLINE COURT, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to <br />the plat of record. <br />
