<br />TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br /> <br />The Undersigned Grantor does hereby grant and convey to the City of Roseville, a <br />municipal corporation under the laws of Minnesota (Grantee), its successors and assigns, <br />a temporary construction easement over, under and across the following described land <br />situated in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, to wit: <br /> <br />The northerly 10 feet of the southerly 45 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Hamline <br />Court, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except where the building footprint <br />of Building E lies. <br /> <br />This temporary construction easement is for the purpose of providing Grantee adequate <br />room and access to the southernmost 35 feet of Grantor's property for the maneuvering of <br />equipment, blending of minor slopes, and for the reconstruction of landscaping and <br />pavement. <br /> <br />Grantor covenants that it is the owner of the above described lands and has the authority <br />to grant this temporary construction easement. <br /> <br />Grantee agrees to pay Grantor the sum of$2,700, payable in one lump sum payment on <br />or before '0 .. IS' ,2003, as consideration for the temporary construction <br />easement. <br /> <br />Grantee shall have the right to keep the temporary construction easement clear of all <br />buildings, structures, fences, trees, shrubbery, undergrowth and other obstructions that <br />may interfere with or endanger the right of construction access. <br /> <br />This temporary easement shall expire two years from the date of execution and shall not <br />be recorded. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Undersigned have caused this Temporary <br />Construction Easement to be executed this day of September, 2003. <br /> <br />:~2~7 <br /> <br /> <br />Cleon O.
