This letter is to confirm that, <br />while the easement overlaps the building, the City of Roseville has no intention of touching or <br />altering the building in any way. The easement includes the comer of the building simply <br />because it was much easier to draft the legal description that way. <br /> <br />I hope this allays any concerns of your client.
