<br />reviewed and approve all of these plans. <br /> <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />8.1 By motion, approve the final plat and Subdivision and Public Improvements Agreement <br />for United Properties, creating a park and pond dedication, seven single family lots, 18 row <br />home lots, Outlot A for second phase rowhomes, and a single lot for the senior cooperative. <br /> <br />8.2 By motion, hold the second reading and approve an ordinance rezoning the Arona parcel <br />from R-l, Single Family Residential to Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning <br />of R-l, Single Family Residence, R-3, General Residence District, and R- 6, Townhouse <br />District as per the attached site plan and preliminary plat. <br /> <br />8.3 By motion, approve the final PUD Site Plan and Agreement for a 13.7 acre mixed- <br />residential planned unit development consisting, a neighborhood park and pond with overlook <br />and trails, 7 single family homes, 18 rowhomes designed as 3 separate "row house" styled <br />structures, a 3 and 4 story, 90 unit senior corporative, and on Outlot A, in the second phase <br />either 18 or more row homes or up to a 3 story, 36 unit condominium, The second phase <br />development is to be reviewed by staff and the Planning Commission at a public hearing prior <br />to issuance of permits. <br /> <br />Attachments: Site and area plans.
