Application submitted on March 4, 2003. <br />. Determined complete on March 10,2003. <br />. 60-day review deadline on May 9,2003. <br />. Staff Review & Recommendation: Approval w/conditions - April 2, 2003. <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing/Recommendation - April 2, 2003. <br />. Anticipated Council Action: April 28, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 24 foot VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.0lE and a 2 foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City <br />Code for Brian Bean allow the construction of additional living area and an attached <br />garage, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion, recommend approval of a 24 foot VARIANCE to Section l004.01E and a <br />2 foot VARIANCE to Section l004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code w/conditions <br />(see Section 7 for more detail). <br /> <br />Project information and detailed recommendation on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3459 - RPCA 040203 - Page 1 of 6 <br />
