<br />REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />DATE: 04/02/03 <br />ITEM NO: 6b <br /> <br />Department Approval: <br />TP jDPW <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />Request by Brian Bean for a VARIANCE to Section 1004.01E and <br />Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code to allow construction of <br />an attached garage at 1760 Dunlap Street (PF3459). <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 Brian Bean, 1215 Roma Avenue, has submitted an application seeking approval of a <br />variance to construct additional living area on to the north and west side of his home, <br />which addition will encroach 24 feet into the required front yard (Section 1004.01E- <br />Exception) and 2 feet into the required side yard (Section 1004.02D5 - Yard <br />Requirements - Side Yard Setback) of his parcel. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application submitted on March 4, 2003. <br />. Determined complete on March 10,2003. <br />. 60-day review deadline on May 9,2003. <br />. Staff Review & Recommendation: Approval w/conditions - April 2, 2003. <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing/Recommendation - April 2, 2003. <br />.
